Shashank Sharma

Games2Win is a mobile games studio where I joined as a Unity Developer and later progressed to Senior Developer. I worked across gameplay programming, UI systems, and live game features on multiple shipped mobile titles.

My responsibilities included integrating analytics, advertisements, and in-app purchases, as well as porting games between Android and iOS. Several titles I worked on reached Top 10 rankings in the Sports category on Google Play, with games achieving 500K+ downloads, World T20 Cricket Champs crossing the 1M mark, and Fab Tattoo Design Studio reaching #1 on Google Play in over 50 countries, including the US and India.

After my promotion in 2018, I additionally mentored junior developers, conducted problem-solving sessions, created Unity editor tools, and authored internal documentation and tutorials to improve team efficiency.
